Small groups of 4-8 women who meet weekly to participate in a Biblical study, care and pray for one another, deepen friendships and engage in active mission.

She is Called
Pick the time and place of their weekly meeting
Meet together once a week for 1&1/2 hours to learn and grow together and support each other in your walk with Jesus.
Each person in the group is asked to prioritize this group time in their personal schedules
Study the same book as the other groups, led by a trained leader
Spend time together sharing concerns and praying for each other
Support one another both in and outside the group time
Prayer requests limited to the person’s immediate family
Respect each other, ensuring no one dominates the conversation or is left out
Resolve any conflict in an honest, humble, respectful manner
Pick a mission to actively engage in together
Determine how they will be actively involved in mission
Keep what is said in the meetings confidential
No politics discussed or promoted
Grow the group with women from PCC and women who don’t attend a church
Divide into two groups of 4 when they reach 8 or 9 people, raising up a leader to lead the new group.
Attend large group events quarterly.
Each GROUP WILL:
Attend a weekly leaders small group, led by Pastor Corinne, for learning, preparation and support and accountability
Care for their small group, respecting each person for their gifts and contributions
Encourage those in their group with leadership potential
Encourage growth of their small group
Initiate the creation of a new group out of the current group when group reaches 8 people
Encourage participation of their group in large group events
Help plan and lead the large group events (quarterly?)
Model caring, respectful behavior, ensuring no one dominates or is left out
